When we decided to make the move to Alabama from Florida we wanted to find an agent who not only could find us the right house but also someone who was familiar with the Greater Birmingham area to help us acclimate. Jonathan filled those shoes. His professionalism and skill level stood out during the negotiations helping us secure a home that not only met our needs but our budget. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable in his field and helpful making the difficult prospect of moving to a new state and home buying much easier for all involved.

I found Jonathan when we decided we were going to purchase a home last minute. We had roughly 35 days to find a home and close due to our lease end date approaching. There was a home my fiancé and i had our eye on since the day we began looking. Other realtors were not very responsive, as i needed someone to help us QUICK. Jonathan responded almost immediately and began working with us once i reached out. We were able to see the home we were interested and two others the SAME exact day. We absolutely fell in love with one of the homes, but the seller was only accepting cash offers or conventional loans due to being sold “as is”. Jonathan was able to convince the seller that we could pull off the sale with an FHA loan. We found our home, got under contract, and closed within 35 days!!!! Jonathan is also very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He pointed out any issues he could find in the homes we visited, gave us several recommendations, and provided lots of great advice. He was totally honest with us and never tried to push us to make any decisions. Jonathan is responsive and actually cares about his clients well being, rather than just making a sale. Thank you so much for helping us. I truly believe that we would not be in this home today if it weren’t for you. Jonathan is THE best!!!
