Kerri was available anytime to discuss strategy - she could make you feel like the most important person in the world and the sale of your property the most important thing on her plate. She did a lot of hand holding as we went through a series of delays that were caused by the buyer. She knew how to handle everything that came up and (in retrospect) she always gave us the best advice. She’s a bright, very experienced and highly ethical businessperson who obviously cares a great deal about her reputation. She’s quick-witted and has an absolutely sparkling personality… just a joy to work with. Oh, and she’s really good at math! She easily gets our highest recommendation.

Laura is always available to answer questions and explain everyone's responsibilities. She is friendly and pleasant to all parties, and helps everyone feel at ease. Her knowledge of the system is extremely helpful. I trust and appreciate her skills and her as a person.
