Laura has excellent communication skills, knows the real estate market well, and will not let you purchase something that she herself would not live in or allow one of her children to live in. She listens to your preferences and searches for the perfect home/neighborhood. She takes into consideration your physical, mental, and emotional needs so she can find the best home and location available to meet those needs. Her negotiation skills are phenomenal and thinks of things that would never cross your mind. I wouldn't use anyone other than Laura Jelks when looking for a home.
