About Alicia

Alicia Cuevas says that when she was 22, an uncle who was a homebuilder in Texas got her interested in real estate. It wasn't long before she was sold. These days, Cuevas works in several different ways to help people find their dream homes. As part of her work, she does complementary staging and analysis for her clients. But she and her husband, Kirk, also run Cuevas and Company, LLC, a real estate investment company that buys, renovates, sells and leases property. "We love helping buyers and sellers with their real estate, she said. "We like to say "Let The Cuevas Crew Work For You". Cuevas brings a lot of different passions to the table. She loves giving the personal attention that's important to people, something she learned while working as a shopper for Nordstrom in Washington D.C. And she and her husband love giving back to the community - they helped start Double Oak Community Church in Mt. Laurel, and they have taught marriage enrichment courses together. Cuevas is also a past board member for Alabama Childhood Food Solutions and supporter of many missions and ministries. "We love to take the grace that God has given us in business and bless others with that," she said. And seeing people get in a home they love will never get old. Alicia Cuevas loves seeing dreams come true.
