We used Kyle's services 5 years ago to purchase a townhouse for our son to live in while in medical school, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We live in Florida so we had no idea where to purchase, it was important to use that we would have good resale potential when we were ready to sell. This was during the height of Covid, so even seeing homes was difficult. He found us the perfect townhouse and 5 years later when our son graduated we contacted Kyle to sell the property for us. He was upfront with what needed to be done to the home to make it ready to sell. We took care of everything on the list and he had it under contract in just 2 week of our listing. He is by far the most professional and best realtor we have ever used.

Jamal was exceptional in assisting us with the purchase of our new home! From the beginning to the end of the process, he made us comfortable with decisions we were making and didn't rush us through the process. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the process and kept in touched with the lending representative to make sure everyone was on the same page. Even with submitting an offer that we began to feel uncomfortable with after the inspection, he explained we could sign a release if the seller wasn't willing to get repairs completed prior to closing. Consequently, this helped us with the purchase of the home for which we are now proud owners.
