Jamal was exceptional in assisting us with the purchase of our new home! From the beginning to the end of the process, he made us comfortable with decisions we were making and didn't rush us through the process. He was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the process and kept in touched with the lending representative to make sure everyone was on the same page. Even with submitting an offer that we began to feel uncomfortable with after the inspection, he explained we could sign a release if the seller wasn't willing to get repairs completed prior to closing. Consequently, this helped us with the purchase of the home for which we are now proud owners. Paul was very professional and helpful when it came to selling our home. He met with us multiple times before our house went on the market to go over details of the process and provided us with options. Once we listed the house and showings started, he provided us with timely feedback and kept us up to date on offers that came through. We were living 2.5 hours away at the time of our sell which seemed like it would be worrisome but Paul kept us informed and kept us well in the loop with what was going on. We had a great experience!
