Because the sale of our home was contingent on the sale of our buyers home which was also contingent their buyers selling their home, there were many, many moving parts. Our agent was in constant communication with two other agents and relaying information back to us almost daily. She brought in a professional to help us stage our home for showings and that helped tremendously in making our home shine and getting the price we wanted for our home. There was never a time that we felt in the dark about anything through the whole process. Her advice was always spot on and thoughtful. We were never blindsided by anything and while it was stressful waiting for two other homes to get appraised and inspected in addition to our own, it was extremely comforting to have an agent that we trusted and could reach out to when our nerves got the best of us. We know our agent worked hard and we'll probably never know how much she really did for us behind the scenes.

Davis is a wonderful realtor and will help and guide every step of the way. When we listed our house we were very busy with work and a new baby- so Davis helped lay pine straw, clean windows, power wash, etc. Whatever was needed he was there! He even offered to babysit our pup for inspection! He goes out of his way to make sure everything is done and you get the most money for your property. We also used him to find a new house. He was phenomenal on the buying side as well. We had looked high and low and he mentioned he found a house that fit all of our needs. He was absolutely right and helped us negotiate an offer that fits our needs.

Hilary was great, no complaints at all. She was always available for a showing or anything we needed. Super responsive and knowledgable on any questions or referring us to people she trust to help with the process. Would 100% recommend working with Hilary!

Stefanie took the time to make our experience meaningful and focused. Moving from from another state is difficult and she made significant efforts to set us up for success, listen to our needs, and give us personal 1-on-1 service. I called Lindsey to see the house and property the day after it was listed. She met me at the house the next morning. Later the same day, I asked if she could meet me back over at the house as I wanted to look at it again. She did this without hesitation. There were a couple of issues with needed repairs prior to closing, and she handled the arrangements for those expertly.
