Barbara Lummis is a dedicated mother, wife, friend, and Realtor from Mountain Brook, Alabama. After graduating 6th in her class at Mountain Brook High School, she earned her Bachelor's degree from Auburn University and later her Master's degree from UAB. She began her career in the real estate industry nearly 25 years ago, fueled with a love of getting to know people and a dedication to bringing a smile to her client's faces. Barbara is a goal-oriented individual who ensures her clients are satisfied and happy with the outcome of their home sales and home purchases. Through her role as President of the Homewood High School PTO and Secretary of the Magic City Harvest Board of Trustees, Barbara has become an integral part in the community that she calls home. Born and raised in Mountain Brook, and living in Homewood, Barbara has a deep understanding of the Over the Mountain housing markets, notably Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia and the city of Birmingham. Barbara is the wife of Greg Lummis, owner of EC&S, Inc., a Birmingham-based engineering design and construction company. She and Greg have two sons in college, one daughter, and an energetic labradoodle named Ginger who accompanies her on morning walks. Aside from her real estate career, Barbara enjoys running, playing tennis, playing pickleball, traveling, keeping up with old friends and making new ones everywhere she goes.
Ann-Yates was born and raised in Richmond, Va, but has made Birmingham her home ever since graduating from Auburn University. With a background in elementary education and mortgage services, Ann-Yates brings invaluable problem solving and people skills to the home buying or selling process. Her favorite part of her job is helping people love where they live! Ann-Yates and her husband live in Homewood with their two precious children. We had the pleasure of working with Barbara while relocating from out of state to the Birmingham area, and we truly could not have asked for a better Realtor. We had very specific requirements - a home with an exceptional view, plenty of privacy, and good long-term value.
