Because the sale of our home was contingent on the sale of our buyers home which was also contingent their buyers selling their home, there were many, many moving parts. Our agent was in constant communication with two other agents and relaying information back to us almost daily. She brought in a professional to help us stage our home for showings and that helped tremendously in making our home shine and getting the price we wanted for our home. There was never a time that we felt in the dark about anything through the whole process. Her advice was always spot on and thoughtful. We were never blindsided by anything and while it was stressful waiting for two other homes to get appraised and inspected in addition to our own, it was extremely comforting to have an agent that we trusted and could reach out to when our nerves got the best of us. We know our agent worked hard and we'll probably never know how much she really did for us behind the scenes.
