He was instrumental in helping my wife and I purchase our first house, and I can't fathom going through the process without him. He was immediately responsive and quickly arranged for several house showings whenever we wanted. He quickly got back to us all the time via text and phone, always happy to help. Carol Gardner is hands down the BEST relator. She went above and beyond to help us get our house ready to list. Always available to answer any questions we had, and did not make us for dumb asking certain questions. She kept us updated thru the whole process.
