She does such a good job of showing you properties in your search criteria, finds an answer to any and all questions you may have and makes you feel so comfortable with a process that can often times be stressful and overwhelming. We worked with her for over a year and she never made us feel like we were wasting her time or that we needed to make a decision we were not completely comfortable with. He was available almost anytime, and always clearly communicated ahead of time about when he would not be available. When you're with Scott, it is evident that you are the priority. Every aspect of the interaction is shot through with kindness, courtesy, and an encouraging tone, but also a sharp, informed, and realistic clarity about market conditions, home values, and seller behavior probabilities.
