Bryan Welch is amazing...my husband and I was clueless to the whole buying process, Bryan gave us so much knowledge and made it easy for us to understand...he took time to know us and learn about our family make up and what we really wanted in a home...he gave us all the info we needed, it was no surprises...he responded to every call and would answer our call in sometimes crazy hours because of our work schedule...he was very patient, although we had a difficult seller and we wanted to just forget about it, Bryan reassured us that we could do this and have our dream home...in about 3wks we was closing! We believe that Bryan is the best!!! He is absolutely amazing!

Bottom line is that as long as Carla is a realtor she’ll be my realtor. Carla is all at once a sharp business woman and an empathic, communicative and above all, one of the most ethical persons I have ever collaborated with. Buying a home is a collaboration, requiring both buyer and seller to team up, develop a strategy, negotiate and communicate with the sellers quickly. Carla is one of those rare business people who can anticipate a question before it has even begun to take form in your mind. She is quick to do everything —treats you like family and I just always told her how lucky it was that I found her to help me with the most significant purchase of my life! It needs to be pointed out that she accomplished all the hard tasks surrounding house-hunting/showing and drawing up formal buying offers —with the constraints of remote Covid protocols— and I was out in Colorado at the time —she’s amazing, okay?
