Bryan Welch is amazing...my husband and I was clueless to the whole buying process, Bryan gave us so much knowledge and made it easy for us to understand...he took time to know us and learn about our family make up and what we really wanted in a home...he gave us all the info we needed, it was no surprises...he responded to every call and would answer our call in sometimes crazy hours because of our work schedule...he was very patient, although we had a difficult seller and we wanted to just forget about it, Bryan reassured us that we could do this and have our dream home...in about 3wks we was closing! We believe that Bryan is the best!!! He is absolutely amazing!

Bryan is hardworking and very knowledgeable in many areas of real estate. He went above and beyond to help us purchase a new home as well as sell our old home. He is prompt, reliable, and efficient. He is dedicated to working for you. He doesn't take short cuts and pays attention to details. I can't stress how important this was in our buying/selling process. He responds quickly(either phone, email or text) and doesn't make you feel like other clients are more important. Buying and Selling can be stressful. He will get you through it.
