Bryan Welch is amazing...my husband and I was...

Bryan Welch is amazing...my husband and I was clueless to the whole buying process, Bryan gave us so much knowledge and made it easy for us to understand...he took time to know us and learn about our family make up and what we really wanted in a home...he gave us all the info we needed, it was no surprises...he responded to every call and would answer our call in sometimes crazy hours because of our work schedule...he was very patient, although we had a difficult seller and we wanted to just forget about it, Bryan reassured us that we could do this and have our dream home...in about 3wks we was closing! We believe that Bryan is the best!!! He is absolutely amazing!

Rob was an amazing realtor

Rob was an amazing realtor. Everything went fast. We put our offer in one the 1st house he showed us. He knew exactly what we were looking for. We recommend him for anyone looking to buy. Rob did a wonderful job helping my husband and I

Rob did a wonderful job helping my husband and I. We were first time buyers and were very indecisive about what we wanted in our first home. He helped us pick a home for not only us but to be able to host many people. What we liked most about Rob was his honesty. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear but gave the facts about each home and how it would effect us in the long run. Rob was extremely professional and got us in a much larger home than we expected with our budget. I would not recommend anyone other than Rob Taylor. Thank you so much for your time and helping us.

He is a great person and very knowledgeable...

He is a great person and very knowledgeable about the areas around Birmingham. He will make sure that he gets you the best deal around the deal that fits your money needs. He has helped me buy a home and helping my family members now to get one as well.

I called Margie at 5:30 P.M. and requested to...

I called Margie at 5:30 P.M. and requested to see a townhouse. She met me 30 minutes later. I made an offer that same night. The following week she was on vacation...never slowed her down. She got everything done so we could close on the property the following Friday. You will not find a more personable, friendly and knowledgeable realtor.
