First off, I want it to be known that I am not a fan of realtors, at least not until my latest experience. Rob Taylor really helped me and my wife's search for a new home be easy and enjoyable. He took a list of details and preferences we provided for the type of house we wanted and showed us many great options. When we finally found the home we wanted, Rob bent over backwards to any need we had. He also made the whole process of buying our new home easy and nearly stress-free (buying or selling homes always have some unavoidable stress). I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying a house.
We contacted Rob through Zillow and he got back with us right away. He went out of his way to show us several properties that we thought we wanted to see but none of them were up to snuff. After quickly figuring out what we wanted he later set up and showed us about 5 better homes before we found the perfect fit. He basically nailed it on about the second house. He was very patient with us, knowledgeable and easy to work with.
