This was our 4th time selling a house and 3rd time purchasing, and Brandelyn has been great in every way. She was very honest with us and kept us informed of what was happening throughout the process. They did a great job promoting the sell of the lake house, which is under contract. She also helped us with buying back our farm house, which was a dream come true. She even had to serve as a financial advisor...lol! Seriously, we could not have made this move without her. She was literally with us from the first walk through until the last and genuinely happy for us to be able to come back home. She had to put up with some crazy questions from anxious people, but she was always willing to find out the most minute details for us. She really had our best interest at heart and worked extremely hard to make this happen for us. Her connection to a mortgage company that was willing to work with us after the drop clause was enacted by the sellers was key. There were a lot of hoops to jump through, but she was guiding us the entire way. As she helped us with the purchasing of our farm back, she was also working hard to sell our lake house. She was always prompt in answering my text or calls and was so knowledgeable about the process. She really helped calm us many times when we were ready to give up. We were already sold on Team Lehman because of my dear friend Susan, but now we also have another realtor that has become a dear friend. I will cherish this friendship that has been born out of what was one of the most stressful times of our lives, and not due to anything negative that she did. There was just so much at stake that I still don't know if she knows how important this was for us. I truly believed this was life saving. I apologize for getting so personal, but my wife has struggled with depression for the last 6 years since we left the farm. This was an answer to our prayers to get back home, and she was our angel that delivered that prayer. Amen.
