We had some very specific requirements, as well as no set time, to find the perfect house. Kristin spent more than half a year helping us find the house. because of the area we were looking most houses that fit the requirements sold in a matter of days with multiple offers. When the right house did come along Kristin wrote the perfect offer that ensured we got the house - even though one offer may have been slightly more money. Our offer was tailored perfectly so the seller knew they had less risk with us. Everything was flawless.
