Nancy “caught a fly ball” for us when the seller’s agent tried to back out of our signed contract - earnest funds wired - because the sellers received a higher bid AFTER ours was accepted! Only due to Nancy’s years of experience was she able to stop that about face in its tracks. This other, very “green” agent was totally clueless and we would have had to begin our search ( from out of state) all over again!
