I’d been asking other agents for years about finding me a 3BR Polo Condo. Nothing. Susan did a mail campaign, found a seller, and negotiated for contingencies so that I would be able to sell my condo first. But I was out of state. NP. Susan made a video of the apartment and I opened escrow at arms length. Short story short, she found me an all cash buyer within a few weeks, and arranged for a seamless concurrent closing.
