I am so happy to be able to express my real gratitude to the best ever real estate agent I have worked with. Starting with the staging of the house Silviya did an amazing job. She not only had an amazing style and creativity but also brought personal decorations and furniture. What I liked the most though is that she listened to me very attentively and did what I wanted done, didn’t want to impose her ideas, nor was rushing me as I have noticed with every other real estate agent from previous experience. She went beyond herself to ensure that I liked the photos. She had to repeat the photo session with a different company as she agreed with me not liking the photos. As for her knowledge in the real estate business I was also impressed with her competence. She was very quick and responsive and the papers she prepared for the transaction were spotless. Sure enough as a result of her knowledge and experience with all - from the staging to the deal closing I sold the house at a higher than asking price. I got the offer that sold it within few hours of her posting the house for sale. I think this speaks by itself and says more than anything I can write about her. I am super happy to have found her. I highly recommend her as the best realtor I have ever dealt with ( and I have dealt with many before her). I would give her 10/10 having in mind that I am pretty demanding and have high standards. She excelled in all - market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism!!!

She went above and beyond in just about every way. She was on top of negotiations, communicating our needs and getting questions answered for us. She was very professional, quick to respond whenever we asked questions, and had a solid grasp on the current market conditions. Would definitely recommend working with her. Additionally, she took us to tour about 15-20 properties at least, and was very quick to schedule whole days of viewings for us. We were a bit picky in our search and she never made us feel bad about that for a second. I’d happily recommend Amanda to my closest friends or anyone looking for a solid agent.

Best agent hands down. Charlene's knowledge and professionalism goes way above and beyond other agents I have worked with. Her knowledge of the current markets are right on. She does her homework. She was in constant communication with everyone involved. Charlene would advise what the best options would be during negotiations but would do whatever we wanted to do in the end. Her recommendations were always spot on. Charlene was onto of the closing agent to get paperwork completed on time so the closing didn't get delayed. Her knowledge of how to read and understand the HUD is priceless. She is on top of current fees and how to expain each charge. I highly recommend Charlene and she will always be my agent.
