We had had our condo on the market for some time with another agent with very few showings. Within a month of listing, with Stephen, he had more showings than we did in the year prior. Although the market was bad, he helped us get the unit seen. In the end, we decided to rent it and Stephen was great at getting it rented for us. He vetted potential renters and found a wonderful couple to rent our unit. Bye, sell, or rent, he is the best.

Kelley was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. My sister and I inherited our parents house and had to wanted to sell it yet we had no idea the process and where to even start.
