She made sure the townhome was absolutely perfect to show, made suggestions to make sure it looked like home to every prospective buyer and then made sure everything was perfect before every showing. Her super diligence did not stop there. On day one of a contract for sale, this amazing agent made sure the buyers agent, lender and title company had copies of all the condominium documents she already knew were going to be needed and stayed on top of the process right down to the day of closing.
