Christina did a great job. She was always prompt in texts, replies, she kept us informed every step of the way and answered all our questions, she never pressured us for any decisions, gave us enough space to decide which was really great for us !! Thank you Christina for everything !!!

Not only did Christina exhibit excellent understanding of the Saint Petersburg market, she also was an excellent negotiator and did a fantastic job simplifying things for me to more easily comprehend. Even after closing, she has been a vital part of helping me get adjusted to homeownership and has made this process as a first time home buyer seamless and enjoyable. Christina was so patient. She listened to my wants and found homes that were in my price point. She negotiated the best price and was beside me every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about the entire process and was always preparing me for the next steps. She always made me feel like I was her only client. She worked around my crazy schedule, was punctual and always prepared. And, when the whole process was over…she checked in to see how it was going. If you need an agent, she is your girl!
