I had the pleasure of buying my first home with Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current state of the housing market and very patient with during the whole process. Kim had excellent communication skill and was very professional. As an out of state buyer, she made the home buying process very easy for me. She had to show me at least 20 homes via facetime until we found "the one". By the time closing came around Kim and I developed such a great relationship that she felt like family. If you're looking to purchase property in the Tampa/St Pete area, Kim is your girl!
