I recently purchased a home in Ruskin, FL with Donna as my agent. I was doing everything remotely from my home in upstate NY. Donna assisted me in doing the due diligence on the home, including finding an inspector. She managed my side of the purchase, including doing the final walkthroughs. After the sale she found someone to change the locks, another to stretch and clean the carpets, and yet a third do the patching and painting.
