Alex Williams is an exceptional real estate broker. My mother passed away last year and her home went through probate. I contact Alex Williams at Dalton Wade reality to dispose of the property. Alex handled every detail on the property even though I lived in Tallahassee, Florida . He sold the home in 3 days after listing it and sold it for more than the listing price. Alex is an excellent salesman and thoroughly understands the real estate sale process. He returned every phone call and e-mail within hours. I was very impressed with his service. I was relieved because the sale was faster than expected. The welcome note and beverages offered to potential buyers during house showings were a lovely touch.

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and provided a great experience throughout the entire sale of our home. She provided a great photographer, and gave us many ideas to spruce up our home getting it ready to put up for sale. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and was always available. We sold quickly and over asking price.
