This was our first ever home sale, and we hired Adriana. We are so glad we did! All home sales should be this fluid and this easy! A true professional, Adriana helped us find the right price-point, hired the photographer (he did a great job), and helped up prepare the home for photos. She picked the perfect day to 'go live' on MLS, which was Friday, March 7, 2025, and by Sunday, March the 9th - TWO DAYS LATER - we had a contract! And full price! Homes in our neighborhood that were listed before us are STILL looking for buyers. We had relocated during this time, and Adriana met with the inspector, and she was present while the three contractors fixed what needed fixing. In other words, she went "above and beyond." Her broker, Mike, was also very helpful. Great guy. Engel and Volkers should be proud to have Adriana working in their company. The proof, as they say, is in the results. And also, Adriana was always available for time on the phone. We are first-time home sellers and she was very very patient with us and all our questions. And she has a sense of humor, too! I would HIGHLY recommend Adriana as a realtor and as a friend.
