Our lenders were holding up our process but she knew where we should be in each step and prompted everyone to get on track (more times than acceptable). She also reccomended a perfect home for us in a brutal market. Thanks to her we got into a great place and with her advice to keep an open mind we ended up in a better area then we were initially looking.
