I was a bit nervous to buy my first property but Andrew took all the anxiety out of that decision. He spent time looking for a property that perfectly fit my preferences and found one in a short amount of time. He walked me through every step of the process and was always prompt in answering questions. I couldn't imagine another agent spending the time and resources that Andrew did when helping me find and close on my first property! Andrew goes above and beyond to make sure the homebuyer is educated, informed, and happy. I'm so ecstatic that Andrew found me a Dunedin property that is close to downtown, so I can continue my active lifestyle and enjoy Florida living!

We wanted to buy a house in Florida and had no idea where to start. Bill was recommended by a friend and turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Bill was professional and on top of this. This was a highly competitive market and Bill helped us navigate a very complicated sale. He went over and over to visit the property when we couldn't get there for inspections and skillfully lead us into a contract that ended up securing the sale. I really don't think a normal Real Estate could have pulled this off. He is highly seasoned and we spoke to him almost daily, sometimes 3 times or more as he answered all our questioned and followed up on every potential problem that arose. I am still in awe of how he pulled this sale off. I wouldn't look any further. We never knew Bill before this sale but I was so impressed by his work that I wanted to write this review. I would jump at the chance to have him by my side if I ever purchase again in St Pete's or Pinellas County. He is exceptional at his job, and we have a very high standard. He is honest, calm, fair and just a very nice person. I highly recommend him when considering buying or selling your next home.
