We wanted to buy a house in Florida and had no idea where to start. Bill was recommended by a friend and turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Bill was professional and on top of this. This was a highly competitive market and Bill helped us navigate a very complicated sale. He went over and over to visit the property when we couldn't get there for inspections and skillfully lead us into a contract that ended up securing the sale. I really don't think a normal Real Estate could have pulled this off. He is highly seasoned and we spoke to him almost daily, sometimes 3 times or more as he answered all our questioned and followed up on every potential problem that arose. I am still in awe of how he pulled this sale off. I wouldn't look any further. We never knew Bill before this sale but I was so impressed by his work that I wanted to write this review. I would jump at the chance to have him by my side if I ever purchase again in St Pete's or Pinellas County. He is exceptional at his job, and we have a very high standard. He is honest, calm, fair and just a very nice person. I highly recommend him when considering buying or selling your next home.
