Besides being professional, she is very personable and obviously cares about her clients wanting to make their experience as positive as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and knowledge made a difficult transaction much easier. Loida was really amazing, since the beginning she was really helpful and patient, we were first time owners and had a lot of questions and doubts, she was always there for us answering all those doubts or questions than we had, made the process way more easier than we expected it could be. I couldn’t have hoped for a better agent than Loida who was with me every step of the way from the moment I contacted her to tell her I was interested in purchasing my condo until the deal was completed. She was always available for viewings, made recommendations, gave me a sense of what was best for me and what the market was doing and when to buy. She even helped me arrange title insurance and home insurance which was important for me as a first-time buyer. If I could give her more than five stars I would but suffice it to say I would heartily recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Loida took over the sale of our unit after the original agent became ill. Loida hit the ground running. All our communication took place via phone and the internet since we were out of state. we found her to to be professional and most important, since we not around, patient. She took care of some extra items like paying for the utilities, since they had been shut off; and getting rid of some furniture that was left behind. The closing went off without a hitch. We wanted to buy a house in Florida and had no idea where to start. Bill was recommended by a friend and turned out to be the best decision we ever made. Bill was professional and on top of this. This was a highly competitive market and Bill helped us navigate a very complicated sale. He went over and over to visit the property when we couldn't get there for inspections and skillfully lead us into a contract that ended up securing the sale. I really don't think a normal Real Estate could have pulled this off. He is highly seasoned and we spoke to him almost daily, sometimes 3 times or more as he answered all our questioned and followed up on every potential problem that arose. I am still in awe of how he pulled this sale off. I wouldn't look any further. We never knew Bill before this sale but I was so impressed by his work that I wanted to write this review. I would jump at the chance to have him by my side if I ever purchase again in St Pete's or Pinellas County. He is exceptional at his job, and we have a very high standard. He is honest, calm, fair and just a very nice person. I highly recommend him when considering buying or selling your next home.
