Loida made my experience of buying a property so much easier than it could have been. Besides being professional, she is very personable and obviously cares about her clients wanting to make their experience as positive as possible. Her attention to detail, communication skills and knowledge made a difficult transaction much easier. Loida was always available to answer any questions I had and to follow-up with the lender or other realtor when necessary. She is excellent at what she does and I would happily use her services again.

I couldn’t have hoped for a better agent than Loida who was with me every step of the way from the moment I contacted her to tell her I was interested in purchasing my condo until the deal was completed. She was always available for viewings, made recommendations, gave me a sense of what was best for me and what the market was doing and when to buy. She even helped me arrange title insurance and home insurance which was important for me as a first-time buyer. Loida took over the sale of our unit after the original agent became ill. Loida hit the ground running. All our communication took place via phone and the internet since we were out of state. we found her to to be professional and most important, since we not around, patient. She took care of some extra items like paying for the utilities, since they had been shut off; and getting rid of some furniture that was left behind. The closing went off without a hitch.
