I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. At the time of the desired purchase I was working out of town regularly and living out of hotels M-F. Home being a dilapidated rental home that my wife and I were throwing away to much hard earned money on every month. That was 2016 and at the time we could never imagine what the housing market would become. I think it’s safe to say no one at the time did. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I would recommend Rania to any serious home buyer not because we consider her family but because I truly believe she has her customers best interest at heart! That is truly rare thing these days in any profession.
