Simply the best!

David is hands down the best realtor I’ve worked with in South Tampa. Strong communication skills, patient and proactive. I’m so happy with how smooth my home search and buying went. Patient, Friendly and a Great Listener!

We have been working with Dave for over two years to find our forever home in Florida. He has gone above and beyond for us, doing virtual walk throughs, answering many, many questions, showing houses, and he even did our final walk through because we weren't able to fly in from out of town. He is patient and friendly, when I first met him, it was like he was an old friend, he makes you feel comfortable and the most importantly he listens to what you want.

Great Experience

Exceptional quality service

Dave always goes above and beyond to understand and relate the necessary details for home purchasing. This particular purchase was new construction which has its own quirks and nuances. Dave ensured everything went smoothly, from pre-dry wall walk-through, to closing, to post move-in suggestions related to warranties. I'd recommend Dave to all friends and family.

David was familiar with the area I was interested in purchasing a condo. He worked very diligently (and patiently) to find a very nice place for me that met all of my desires without going over my budget, which was very important to me since I was going to pay cash. He was a joy to work with and would definitely call on him again for any real estate needs!
