Lisa Siver is amazing. (1) She was the first of three agents we planned to interview. We stopped with her. She came to our meeting clearly knowledgeable, prepared, professional and excited to work with us, 2) She knows the local market, in fact, she seems to know the history of every place and player in Pinellas County, having lived there all her life, (3) She “has a guy” for anything you need: move out, throw out, repairs, remodel, paint, clean, move short or long distances, and (4) She will do anything to help her client, including, in our case, since we were not local, doing a quick clean up after the workmen , vacuuming, etc. The process went exactly as Lisa had explained, and we settled at a price that exceeded our expectations. We also made a friend!

I have been looking for a house for ages. This is a new experience for me , as a widow. Debra was a friend and a professional. She listened to what I wanted, and understood exactly what I was saying. I was in Pennsylvania when I asked Joni to handle the sale of my condo and I remained up north throughout the process. Joni took over completely, finding craftsmen to resolve the few problems in the unit and even personally getting on her hands and knees to clean the floors. In the end, she found a company to sell the furniture remaining in the unit (I would have sold it as a furnished unit, but the buyers had their own furniture). She made the process effortless. And we closed $3,000 above asking!
