Yhotzmine listened to what we wanted and meshed that with the current market to come up with and agreeable price and marketing plan. Yhotzmine is also an “Out of the Box” thinker. She did some unique and different things that the new market and sales agreements created a need for. For example: Yhotzmine did open houses during evening drive time to potential buyers could see what the neighborhood was like during the week. A job well done.

Yhotzmine sold my mom's home and she treated her as though it was her own mother. She was very knowledgeable and followed through on her tasks. She and her husband Nick went above and beyond the call of duty. We appreciated this so much as mom's family was out of state and mom was on her own, until we found Yhotzmine and Nick! Professional and a sense of urgency to our needs from the start. We’ve purchased seven homes over the years and have friends in Tennessee who are realtors so we set the bar high. Closed within 3 weeks of first viewing and everything went great! Highly recommend!

We originally had a different agent and with the first agent, we had four showings in four months. My mom is an agent and found Yhotzmine on Dave Ramsey’s endorsed local providers. We were in GA while our house was on the market. Yhotzmine listed and we closed a month later. She talked to us everyday, did open houses every weekend, staged our home.. she literally is a perfectionist and she got the job done! We cannot express how thankful we are for her. Her husband also helped in the process and they are such a great team. I highly recommend her!
