She did some unique and different things that the new market and sales agreements created a need for. We originally had a different agent and with the first agent, we had four showings in four months. My mom is an agent and found Yhotzmine on Dave Ramsey’s endorsed local providers. We were in GA while our house was on the market. Yhotzmine listed and we closed a month later. I chose Yhotzmine due to her sincerity and believability and I got more than a bargained for. She had a contract on my house in 2 days which I thought would be impossible for me, but: she and her her husband, Nick, jumped right in to help me and I moved and closed in less than 30 days. She is a miracle worker who was able to calmly come up with a solution to every obstacle that came our way (including a tree felled by a hurricane after the contract was signed).
