This was our first time buying a home. Lina was very knowledgeable about our area and the market. I really appreciate her tactfulness and patience when explaining to us what we would need to do to get all the things we wanted in a home at a price we could afford. Her honesty was needed since we originally only considered one neighborhood and ignored other areas plus we didn't have a realistic budget for all the items on our "must have" list. We toured a few houses together and found 2 that we couldn't make up our minds on. We didn't want to lose an offer and she advised us which home our offer was more likely to get accepted on. I'm very happy we heeded her advice since we were able to get a gorgeous home and our offer was accepted. Now we are enjoying our great house for years to come! Best agent you can ask for. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and almost always available for last minute showings. Wish I listened to her early on in the search process I could’ve saved myself a couple points in interest and a $40k premium on the house I bought.
