I will add it was a remote purchase ~ I didn’t see the condominium physically until the walkthrough an hour before the closing and going to the title company to sign the papers. It was a foreign seller. I am self employed and have an unusual job. Plus, the seller’s broker didn’t bother to show up at the closing so there were no keys to give me.
