We were out of state buyers and Carol went above and beyond for us. We were in constant contact, if there was a house we loved but couldn’t make it in to see she would go do a video tour for us. Carol quickly picked up on what we wanted in a house and worked with us as financial factors changed. When we did come in for a week she cleared her schedule and did several 8 hour days with us. We saw 25+ properties, wrote numerous offers and landed the perfect house on our drive home. She has kept in contact with us after and helped us with any little questions we’ve had.
