Both Kaylin and Doug provided regular statistics about interest in the house on the marketing websites, and let me know when there seemed to be an interested buyer and what information I could provide that would support their inquiries. They responded to my questions, and helped immensely when it came to negotiating with the buyer. They knew when to give and when to push back on buyer requests. They were patient with my many questions as I was preparing the house to be turned over to the buyer. There were a lot of details and they were wonderfully responsive. Doug Knutzen went above and beyond from start to finish with selling our beach house. We live in a different area and couldn't be there after we met with Doug to list the house. Doug helped line up all contractors needed during the process, he also got quotes from other contractors when he felt the price seemed out of line and even went to property to make access to the septic tank for the service to be done easily.
