We met early in the year when I wanted to view a property that I had found on one of the on-line real estate information services. That property did not work out, but Darcy kept my interests in mind - and later in the year found a much more suitable place for me. Having been tipped off by her, we toured it together - and after some consideration I decided to purchase it. Working through that process was surprisingly simple and easy, and between Darcy and the escrow agency, everything came together quickly and easily. Offer and counteroffer and inspection process went so smoothly there were scarcely any issues. Closing happened right on time, and with no surprises. We really enjoyed working with Darcy. She works really hard to find you what you're looking for. She pays attention to the details which alleviates a lot of stress for the client. She worked with us for 6 months and left no stones unturned. Always actively looking for us and willing to show us any property in a timely manner. We did several contracts that didn't pan out but she stuck in there until the end and found the best house for last. She also has an awesome personality, so it was an all around win win for us.

We came to Darcy with a very specific set of needs - my partner is a home renovator and we needed to find a place that had potential but was also something we could reasonably live in. There were a lot of challenges along the way and Darcy handled all of it with so much grace and patience. We really appreciated having her on our team. We are so happy with the house we found!

Darcy was always available either by phone or text. She was with us the entire of our home search and was so patient with our many questions. She helped find the place that we our purchased and kept us informed of the process of real estate. You could not ask for a better person than Darcy. it was a roller coaster ride with the houses we attempted to buy however the house she found for us was what we wanted and something we could afford. She was always positive and open to explain things in a way we could understand. She took the time to listen to our story and was professional and knew the market. She was amazing the whole time and we are grateful for her guidance and knowledge.

Darcy met is on the fly, showed us the house (that we own now) she was professional, friendly and just plain amazing!!! Without her, we wouldn't have bought the house. Yes, that sounds odd but her energy sold it! She was with us every step of the way and made the whole experience easy and stress free!!
