At a time when interest rates are high and the economy is so unstable. Nothing is moving in the real estate world bare land-wise, Doug Knudson and Kaylin were somehow able to sell both of our properties we had listed with them. We had already moved away from the area so everything had to be done remotely. Realty one handled everything for us right down to the homeowners association! All we really had to do was sign! We really appreciate you guys and are truly grateful to have all of this behind us so we can move on to the next chapter. Highly recommend!

Doug Knutzen went above and beyond from start to finish with selling our beach house. We live in a different area and couldn't be there after we met with Doug to list the house. Doug helped line up all contractors needed during the process, he also got quotes from other contractors when he felt the price seemed out of line and even went to property to make access to the septic tank for the service to be done easily. Doug kept in constant contact during the entire process was extremely knowledgeable in the process and answering any questions ( lots of questions) we had. He dealt with the inspection, provided extra assistance with the details of the new house, and gave us useful information about our new community.
