4 real estate agents in WA, 98614

Very knowledgeable of the area. In tune with our wants and needs in a home. Was very patient with our schedules and timelines. Always acted with the upmost professionalism

We met early in the year when I wanted to view a property that I had found on one of the on-line real estate information services. That property did not work out, but Darcy kept my interests in mind - and later in the year found a much more suitable place for me. Having been tipped off by her, we toured it together - and after some consideration I decided to purchase it. Working through that process was surprisingly simple and easy, and between Darcy and the escrow agency, everything came together quickly and easily. Offer and counteroffer and inspection process went so smoothly there were scarcely any issues. Closing happened right on time, and with no surprises. I was really quite impressed and happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Darcy Wills should you need an agent in Pacific County.

We really enjoyed working with Darcy. She works really hard to find you what you're looking for. She pays attention to the details which alleviates a lot of stress for the client. She worked with us for 6 months and left no stones unturned. Always actively looking for us and willing to show us any property in a timely manner. We did several contracts that didn't pan out but she stuck in there until the end and found the best house for last. She also has an awesome personality, so it was an all around win win for us.

I knew Crystal before I sold my condo. She sold a house in Long Beach two year prior. It was fast and price was great. I was very happy with the outcome. So, I asked her to sell my condo also located in Long Beach and she did it. Fast and the price was on the top. She has a profound knowledge of the house market in the Pacific County. She is very professional and has excellent skills how to make your house to look good, presentable and valuable for the current market. She has good negotiation skills and very honest to tell you what is possible or not possible. She is a person you can trust to do business.

My favorite Realtor in Pacific County retired. I tried 3 other Realtors who did not work out. Crystal is prompt, helpful, and professional. The listing looked great, the communication was excellent, and I believe she is looking out for my best interest. And she got my property sold. Thank you Crystal!

Always a quick response to all questions able to work past any issues that arise no hurdle to high for Crystal.
