Having been tipped off by her, we toured it together - and after some consideration I decided to purchase it. Working through that process was surprisingly simple and easy, and between Darcy and the escrow agency, everything came together quickly and easily. Offer and counteroffer and inspection process went so smoothly there were scarcely any issues. Closing happened right on time, and with no surprises. We really enjoyed working with Darcy. She works really hard to find you what you're looking for. She pays attention to the details which alleviates a lot of stress for the client. She worked with us for 6 months and left no stones unturned. Always actively looking for us and willing to show us any property in a timely manner. We did several contracts that didn't pan out but she stuck in there until the end and found the best house for last. She also has an awesome personality, so it was an all around win win for us.
