At a time when interest rates are high and the economy is so unstable. Nothing is moving in the real estate world bare land-wise, Doug Knudson and Kaylin were somehow able to sell both of our properties we had listed with them. Doug Knutzen went above and beyond from start to finish with selling our beach house. We live in a different area and couldn't be there after we met with Doug to list the house. Doug helped line up all contractors needed during the process, he also got quotes from other contractors when he felt the price seemed out of line and even went to property to make access to the septic tank for the service to be done easily.
