Doug Knutzen went above and beyond from start to finish with selling our beach house. We live in a different area and couldn't be there after we met with Doug to list the house. Doug helped line up all contractors needed during the process, he also got quotes from other contractors when he felt the price seemed out of line and even went to property to make access to the septic tank for the service to be done easily. Doug kept in constant contact during the entire process was extremely knowledgeable in the process and answering any questions ( lots of questions) we had. We greatly appreciate all that Doug did in helping us sell the house and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We purchased the house remotely so Doug took extra steps to guide us through the process. He dealt with the inspection, provided extra assistance with the details of the new house, and gave us useful information about our new community. He always responded promptly with any questions or concerns we had. When he wasn’t available, his associate Kaylin Culver stepped in and did a wonderful job! They were a great team and I would recommend them to anyone needing to sell or buy a home on the Long Beach peninsula!
