Throughout our time together, Amy was super easy to communicate with, and gave multiple means of communication (ie text, email, call, in person). She was very timely with her responses and if she needed to reach out to an outside party for any reason, she was always very prompt and forthcoming on whether they responded or not. Amy gave us plenty of references for contractors for anything we may need assistance with in the future and gave tips on what we should expect from each one. We really liked how when we would tour a house, she would make sure everything was set up and would make sure she had all relevant information pulled up. Amy was excellent in her knowledge of real estate and patiently explained each step. She went out of her way to find me my next home and help in moving out of one home to the next. No detail was too small. Amy understood my physical challenges and helped me get my garbage can to the street weekly.
