Kaylin handled the details we could not do since we live 3,000 miles away from our beach property. If the yard needed trimming, she would let us know and make it happen. She was excellent at managing all the statistics we were interested in reviewing. For example, how many people looked at the property and where they came from. She let us know if any interest was expressed and what actions she took to cultivate that interest. She was a delight to work with, very friendly and open to solving problems. We also enjoyed working with Doug Knudsen, her partner, who we leaned on and who closed the sale. He is wonderful, smart, seasoned in the business with great instincts. If we got nervous over anything, he knew how to calm us down and lead us back in the right direction. We thought they made a great team with Kaylin handling day-to-day details and marketing end - she did an amazing job on the website, showcasing our property. And Doug handled the negotiations for the sale and the majority of our questions. The property had been in our family for over 60 years and was built by hand by my parents. We spent our summers there as our children grew up, so we had a lot of attachment and emotion connected to this house. Plus, living on the other side of the country added to what could have been some confusing times. Kaylin and Doug kept cool and kept their eye on the goal to get the house sold.
