If we got nervous over anything, he knew how to calm us down and lead us back in the right direction. We thought they made a great team with Kaylin handling day-to-day details and marketing end - she did an amazing job on the website, showcasing our property. And Doug handled the negotiations for the sale and the majority of our questions. The property had been in our family for over 60 years and was built by hand by my parents. We spent our summers there as our children grew up, so we had a lot of attachment and emotion connected to this house.
