Checked into previous projects to see if the owner got permits before we closed on the prospective home so we would not be responsible for and made sure money was held in escrow. Saved us money that would of came out of our pocket to complete the permits with the city of Surprise along with the extra expence's to correct projects that were not done to code. Ellen has followed up with any of our questions and concerns to make our new home a joy to have!
