Rhyan went above and beyond to help me sell my home amidst some of the most challenging times I've ever seen in the real estate market (Listed Feb 2020). Throughout the entire process Rhyan made good recommendations and helped me keep on track to sell well above my bottom market price, even when there was considerable downward market pressure. I had moved out of the state during this time, and Rhyan oversaw many projects to refine the overall look of the house as well as continuing active marketing and weekly showings. She wore many hats during the sale, and I was really impressed with the outcome of the house itself and the sale as well. I've never seen the level of commitment to sell a house and the overall results were great for me. It let me focus on where I am, without having to constantly worry about what was going on back in Arizona. It was a great relief to have someone I really trust working so diligently for me while starting a new life outside of the state. Amanda represented both me(seller) and the buyer. She knew how to handle the inevitable issues that come up on both sides. She saved the sale by helping the buyer resolve an issue with the lender. She was very prompt to respond to any email or text messages that I sent. She is always courteous and positive.
