We sold our old house before we identified and bought our new house. Michelle helped negotiate and sell the old house and was very helpful in the many offers (and rejections) for the new house. We made multiple offers on different homes and we either lost the bid, or the home had too many problems, allowing us to pull back and reset. Because our home closed so quickly, and the house we thought we were buying fell through, we ended up without a place to live. Michelle helped navigate the new purchase of the home and throughout the negotiation with the seller. She walked us through the inspection process, price negotiation, mortgage lender issues, title company processes, and anything home-related. While I don't want to go through the home selling and buying process again, if we are still in the greater Phoenix area, we would retain Michelle as the agent.

Rebecca's ability to over come potential issues in a transaction before they arise is very important. Her communication and and knowledge was impeccable. I would highly recommend her to anyone !
